These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FieldTrack Ai (the "Service"), provided by EdgePoint Strategies LLC("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FieldTrack Ai is a route-planning, field-visit tracking, and voice-note transcription tool for field sales and canvassing teams. We may update, improve, or modify features at any time.
2. Acceptance & Authority
By continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms. You confirm you are of legal age and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
- Send spam or harvest data without authorization;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to circumvent technical limits;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
4. Accounts & Credentials
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, branding, and documentation, is owned by EdgePoint Strategies LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active subscription. You retain ownership of content and data you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold EdgePoint Strategies LLC harmless from claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
